The best parts of living at Highfield happen outside it.

On the trails, at the coast & everywhere in between.

Highfield’s address does most of the work. What surrounds it is already established, already loved by the people who live here, and not going anywhere.

The valley at the end of the street

The Field River Valley runs alongside Highfield, with walking and riding trails threading through it and out towards the coast. It's the kind of thing people load the car for on a Sunday, and here it's close enough for a Tuesday evening. Within the estate, wetlands and reserves are planned as Highfield takes shape.

Planned around the open space

More than a quarter of Highfield has been set aside as open space, and it was planned that way from the start rather than fitted in around the blocks. A central playground and green space will sit at the heart of the estate, with a mountain bike trail running along Patpa Drive, both delivered as Highfield takes shape.

Between the foothills and the sea

Highfield faces the foothills, which means a new sunrise every morning and an outlook that stays. Behind that view, the Hallett Cove boardwalk sits above open water and clifftop rock that people travel across the state to walk. The city is twenty five minutes away, by car or by train from Hallett Cove station.

Everything the week needs

Hallett Cove Shopping Centre is minutes away for the weekly shop, and Westfield Marion is ten minutes up Lonsdale Road when it needs to be something more. There are public and private schools from reception to Year 12 nearby, sporting clubs, parks and the train line, all of it established long before Highfield was.
